Waterfowl Collection

Ralph C. Ireland began his waterfowl sculpting career in 1964. Since then, a great number of his works have found their way to the hands of major European and North American dealers and collectors.

During his numerous trips around the world on behalf of various environmental causes, the artist became increasingly interested in 250 species of waterfowl found around the world. His love and concern for many species that faced extinction led him to strive to protect the very existence of wildfowl through original wood sculptures. Working with various moulding techniques, the artist has been able to reproduce his masterpieces and offer them under the Waterfowl Collectionmc banner.

You will marvel at the choice and accuracy of colours deftly applied by our painters, and appreciate knowing that each R.C. Ireland piece carries the sculptor's signature as proof of authenticity.
