3. What are the accepted payment methods?

 

Our transactions go through a secured payment server managed by Paypal. Canada, United States, and international Mastercard and Visa are accepted.

 

4. Is international delivery possible?

 

Yes, but shipping fees are not same as for Canada. Moreover, we do not take into account clearance fees if applicable. Contact Us for more information on the matter.

 

5. What's the usual delivery delay?

 

Canada delivery is done within two to three days. United States delivery is done within four to six days. International delivery is done within 10 to 15 days.

 

6. What is the merchandise return policy?

 

If the item has a defect, you have 30 days after its purchase to return it. Please return the defective item to the following address: Ducks and Gifts

All you have to do is write "Return to sender" on the package and take it to a Canada Post service counter or put it in a public mail box." If the item has a defect, it will be exchanged for a new copy of the same item or for a credit (same amount as the item).

When we will receive the returned items, the amount charged to your credit card account for ducksandgifts.com for the items, except the shipping fees, will be credited as soon as possible if the items in question are returned to Ducks and Gifts in the same condition that they were first shipped to you.

 

7. How to order by mail?

 

Step 1 - Make sure that all the items you want to order are available

It is very important to ask us if the products you want are still available in our inventory. To have information about products or shipping and handling fees, contact us every day of the week from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. (EST). We are closed on weekends.

Step 2 - Payment

We recommend that you pay with your credit card for faster service.

Step 3 - Download our Ducks and Gifts purchase order.

Our purchase order is available on the site. Print the form and fill it out in capital letters with blue or black ink to maximise readability. Do not forget to put in your order and the information concerning chosen shipping and payment methods. Also write the total price including shipping and handling fees (which can be revised if necessary). Canadian residents please include GST, and Quebec residents please include QST. Be sure to write a phone number, so we can join you if a problem comes up.

Step 4 - Mail your order

Be sure that your envelope contains your credit card number. Send it all with your purchase order duly filled in a secured envelope to the following address:

8. What taxes are applicable on the purchases?

 

Ducksandgifts.com will apply taxes according to the province in which the order is shipped. An order coming from the United States is then free from taxes.

Ducksandgifts.com's security measures are state-of-the-art measures to protect you against private data loss or unauthorized use. Our servers use the most advanced data transmission technology (Secure Socket Layers) and highly secured encryption.

Encryption is a technique that secures transactions done by mean of a public payment system. By locking data access, encryption guarantees access only to the message recipient. That way, all submitted data is encrypted and cannot be read while it is being transferred to the financial institution. Moreover, Paypal payment server also applies its own security standards to assure the highest security level possible for transactions. PAYPAL controls, authorizes, and validates your transactions on ducksandgifts.com. When you buy with Paypal secured payment system, your transaction is sent to an Internet payment terminal under a secured connection. This connection uses the 128 bit cryptographic protocol SSL.2, which is the current security standard. 10. Why do I have to create an account to buy something?

 

If it is your first visit and you wish to order, you have to create an account and enter your information and your email address for us to ship your order and your invoice. A few seconds for creating an account are short compared to the time you will save for your next orders!

 

11. How will I recognize the transaction on my credit card statement?
